What is your return policy?
Our sales are final. We do not accept returns unless an item is faulty or damaged.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Pease contact us at email@example.com and don't forget to quote your order number.
Can I add a gift card to my gift box?
Sure can! The gifts cards are FREE with every purchase. Choose your card and fill out the personal message box and we will handwrite your note and place it in your beautiful gift box.
How does my gift box come packed?
Each of the My Beauty Prep Boxes products are picked and packed by hand and then lovingly placed into our beautiful pink boxes, finished with gorgeous pink tissue paper and chosen handwritten card.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver Australia wide. Unfortunately we do not currently deliver internationally.
When will my order be dispatched?
Once your order has been received it will be packed and dispatched the next business day.
How long will it take to get my order?
With our STANDARD courier service delivery times your parcel will arrive within 2 to 5 business days. Due to covid you may experience some slight delays.
New South Wales - within 2 business day, allow up to 4
Victoria - 3 business days, allow up to 5
Queensland - 2 business days, allow up to 4
ACT - 2 business days, allow up to 4
Northern Territory - 3 business days, allow up to 7
South Australia - 2 business days, allow up to 4
Tasmania - 3 business days, allow up to 4
Western Australia - 3 business days, allow up to 5

Can I track my order?
Yes you can!! Once your order has been dispatched we will notify you and send you your tracking number.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
No, unfortunately we cannot currently deliver to PO boxes at this stage. So please make ensure a street address is supplied.
Can I change my delivery address?
If you have entered an incorrect delivery address, email us immediately with your order number at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see what we can do. If the parcel has already been dispatched from our HQ, unfortunately we cannot change the address.
My delivery has been marked delivered but the recipient hasn't received it?
When ordering one of our gift boxes you are giving authority to our carrier to leave your parcel in a safe place. Sometimes if may be taken to your local post office, where they will leave a card with details to pick it up.
If in doubt please contact Australia Post with your tracking number. Once the parcel has been sent it is your responsibility to liaise with courier company.
